Carthage ISD will dismiss students early at 1 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 17 to allow buses to run regular routes before traveling to the football playoff game in Mount Pleasant. Lunch will be served prior to dismissal and buses will begin afternoon routes at 1 p.m. GO DAWGS! 🐾🏈

November Star Students Libby Elementary would like to recognize November’s Star Students! Caleb Ritter is a third-grader and the son of Kyle and Nikki Ritter. His favorite school subject is Math. Caleb’s hobbies include playing outside with friends, playing video games with his friends, and traveling. He also enjoys spending time with his family and playing board games. Isabelle Gibson is a third-grader and the daughter of Cornishaca Willie. Her favorite school subjects are Math and Reading. Isabelle enjoys playing soccer, softball, and gymnastics. Aisley Arellano is a second-grader and the daughter of Hortencia Arellano. Her favorite school subject is Reading. Aisley’s hobbies include playing soccer, drawing, dancing, and spending time with family. Jadiel Roman - Vera is a second-grader and the son of Freddy Roman and Emmily Vera. His favorite school subject is Math. Jadiel’s hobbies include playing video games, playing outside, and dancing. Charlie Woods is a third-grader and the son of Alvin and LaTerica Woods. His favorite school subject is Math. Charlie’s hobbies include playing basketball, listening to music, and graphic designing. Edward Fierros-Campos is a second-grader and the son of Jose and Yoselina Fierros. His favorite school subjects are Math and Science. Edward enjoys playing soccer and football. Henry Pass is a third-grader and the son of Micah and Amy Pass. His favorite school subject is Science. Henry’s hobbies include playing soccer, basketball, reading, and spending time with family.
