CISD Transportation is hiring bus drivers to safely transport our Bulldog students. Our teachers have been working hard in their classrooms to prepare for the year, and we can’t wait to have our Bulldogs back on campus! A few things to remember tomorrow when dropping your child off in the morning. ✶ We want to keep our students safe. Please drop off and pick up students on Holly St. Do not drop off or pick up sudents on Davis St. or at Masonic Lodge. ✶ Students must be in their first-period class no later than 7:45 a.m. ✶ Bell and lunch schedule is posted below. If you missed our registration and scheduled pick-up days, you may register your student, in the Auditorium, on Tuesday, August 9, 1-3 pm during meet the teacher, at our Open House.

NEW TO DISTRICT STUDENTS! New to District students' enrollment will be on Monday, August 1, 9:00-3:00 for 7th-grade students, and on Tuesday, August 2, 9:00-3:00 for eighth-grade students. Students who are new to the District must register IN PERSON. A legal guardian must bring the following CISD required documentation. Please, allow at least one hour for completion. -Parent/Legal Guardian with a current State-issued picture ID (i.e. driver's license) *If the legal guardian is other than the parent, the legal guardian must also bring an official court decree. *If the guardian is someone other than the parent/legal guardian, he/she must also bring notarized power of attorney. -Proof of residence (as detailed on the District form, available in the office) -Students current health/immunization records -Students Social Security card -Students Birth Certificate -Students 2021-2022 final report card w/school's complete address, phone number -Students latest standardized test scores -Students current IEP, if receiving Special Education or 504 services

🏐 Girls' athletic clothes pick up 🏐 CJHS Girls locker room on August 8 from 1:00 - 4:00 p.m. You need to have a physical on file before picking up athletic clothes. If you have not already turned your physical into Coach Lancaster, you may turn it in on pick-up day. **If you cannot make your assigned day, you will receive your athletic clothes on the first day of school.

Students who have an expired affiliated / exemption or have vaccines that are due, will not be able to receive their schedule until the school nurse has an updated immunization record. The federal government funding that provided free breakfast and lunch to all students during the COVID-19 pandemic expired on the last day of the 2021-22 school year. This means that school meals will no longer automatically be free for every student. Carthage ISD students will need to complete an application form with their registration paperwork to determine whether they will qualify for free or reduced meals for this school year.
